we take 1-3 business days to process the orders. once shipped please allow 3-7 business days (weekends and Holidays does not included ) once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Due to nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, Lebar Naej has a strict NO RETURN OR EXCHANGES policy on any personal care items. All sale are final.
If there’s an issue with your order such as receiving the wrong item, missing items or product arriving damaged or misplaced by USPS we do offer Full refunds with proof.

Yes you are able to cancel your order with no penalty. You must cancel before it ships. If item is already sent then unfortunately it can’t be canceled or returned.

If You Realized that you place an order with an invalid address, email me BEFORE your order ships out.
AFTER your order ships out i am no longer responsible for the invalid address associated with the order, the order will arrive o the address you entered in at checkout.

Yes. Many of our soaps are formulated with sensitive skin in mind. however, we always recommend checking the ingredient list, talk with your doctor and doing a patch test.
